San Judas Tadeo Tezal, also referenced as Rectorรญa de San Judas Tadeo, is one of the newer Catholic churches in the Cabo San Lucas area. The church was founded on October 17, 2010 and serves the expanding El Tezal residential community. The parish belongs to the Diocese of La Paz and is dedicated to Saint Jude Thaddeus, whose feast day is celebrated annually on October 28.
The church has developed a strong local following and maintains an active Facebook presence where Mass schedules, parish announcements, religious celebrations, and community updates are shared regularly. Public visitor reviews consistently describe the congregation as welcoming and community-oriented.
As an active Catholic parish, San Judas Tadeo Tezal appears to offer catechism and sacramental preparation for children, including First Communion formation.
