Parroquia San Martín de Porres is an active Catholic parish serving the western area of La Paz. Named after Saint Martin de Porres, known for his humility, compassion, and service to others, the parish reflects these values by fostering a welcoming and faith-filled community for individuals and families.
The parish gathers regularly for the celebration of the Eucharist, prayer, and the sacraments while encouraging parishioners to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ through worship and Christian service. Throughout the liturgical year, the church hosts religious celebrations and parish activities that strengthen faith and promote fellowship within the community.
Parroquia San Martín de Porres continues to serve as an important spiritual home for the surrounding neighborhoods, welcoming both residents and visitors seeking to celebrate the Catholic faith in a supportive parish environment.
Children can participate in catechism and sacramental preparation programs that help them learn the Catholic faith and prepare for First Communion.
